By invitation or referral only

If you arrived on this page, its because your name was recommended by someone within our network. On June 26th, a select group of founders, investors, family principals, and operators will gather in Newport Beach for a private assembly called The Principal's' Circle

• 20–30 principals per gathering
• No open registration
• Curated guest list
• Off the record by default
• No panels. No pitches.
What This Is

A room built for people who don't need another room.

Most gatherings for founders, family office principals, and operators feel like networking dressed in better clothes. The badges are leather now. The venue is nicer. But the psychology is the same: open, transactional, available to anyone who bought a ticket.

“Serious people don’t want to feel like they found the same room as everyone else. They want to know why the door isn’t wide open.”

The Principals’ Circle was designed from that premise. Every detail — the guest list, the venue, the evening’s structure, the follow-up — is built around the conviction that the quality of a conversation is determined before anyone enters the room.

I
Selected, not registered

Every guest is personally reviewed and extended an individual invitation. There is no public ticket link, no open waitlist, no “apply here” form visible to the world.

II
Principals only

Founders. Family office decision makers. Senior operators. Not their associates. Not their advisors, unless those advisors are principals themselves.

III
The room knows why it's there

One short facilitated conversation anchors the evening. Not a keynote. Not a panel. Two principals in dialogue on a question that matters. Then the room takes over.

IV
No transactional close

There is no pitch from the stage. No CTA handed out at the door. Relationships formed here follow their own timeline — as they should.

V
The venue earns its place

Every gathering is held at a coastal venue chosen because the setting reinforces what the room is — not because it was available or affordable.

Who's in the Room

The guest list is built around one question: who do the other people in this room need to know?

Founders & Business Owners

Operators who have built significant enterprise value and are navigating transition, exit, or the question of what comes after the business.

Family Office Principals

Single and multi-family office decision makers managing complex, multigenerational wealth across investments, trust, and estate — people for whom structure and continuity are already personal priorities.

Senior Operators & Investors

C-suite executives, general partners, and senior capital professionals with meaningful personal net worth and the maturity to understand that wealth management and wealth coordination are different disciplines.

The Evening

Unhurried.
Intentional.
Off the record.

The structure of the evening is designed to disappear. No visible agenda. No clock on the wall. The program exists to create conditions for conversation — not to fill a schedule.

9:00 am
Arrival & Cocktail Hour

Guests arrive to an ambient coastal setting. No name badges. No agenda visible. Natural conversation forms without structure. Curated music at conversation volume.

60 minutes
9:45 am
Welcome — Michael R.B. Anderson

A brief, unhurried framing. Not a pitch. A reflection on why this room exists and what this moment in the history of family wealth actually requires.

8 minutes
10:00 am
The Featured Conversation

Two principals in facilitated dialogue. One question that matters. No slides. No audience Q&A. The room listens — and then it opens.

20–25 minutes
10:30 am
Dinner & Open Social

Return to ambient. Seated dinner. The WEA team circulates — listening, connecting, noting. This is where real relationships form.

75–90 minutes
11:45 am
Close

A graceful, unhurried close. No pitch from the stage. Guests depart at their own pace. Follow-up begins the next morning — personally, not by broadcast.

5 minutes

What this is — and what it deliberately is not.

The room size is not a capacity constraint. It is the product.

One facilitated conversation. Then the room takes over.

Every guest is reviewed and extended an individual invitation. No open registration. No ticket link.

Relationships formed here follow their own timeline. The evening does not end with a call to action.

What is said in the room stays in the room. This is stated once and not repeated.

No lanyards. No badges. No expos, breakout sessions, or speed-networking rounds.

Next Gathering

The Principals' Circle

Seats are extended individually. If you are considering whether this gathering is the right room for you — it likely is. The people already confirmed are asking the same questions you are.
